"Our Beijing team will be our major arm for 'building' - the second integral stage of iBOT cycle," CEO Vic Dickson explained. "They are focused on system architecture, system design, project management, and QA. They will also be involved in some facets of the actual programming process. However we do not plan on implementing an abundance of programmers at this location since we will rely on our partners in India and other countries for most programming and coding needs."
The company also has a plan to establish an operations center for managing the websites as the projects phase into the O (3rd) stage of the iBOT cycle.
