May 25, 2007, CEO Vic Dickson announced the establishment of company.
"The vision that Acosys was borne of is relatively simple," founder Vic Dickson said. "We essentially came up with some new ideas about how the Internet can function. We know that these ideas sound quite bold...in fact, very few people would agree our points (and many more will probably think we are mad) but that doesn’t bother us. We moved forward and lined up the resources, the money, the people, and brought this company called Acosys to light."
Dickson also confessed that the birth of Acosys is no accident. "We spent about 6 months with planning and modeling before bringing Acosys to fruition. New we are sure we have established a solid business model and it's definitely the right time to test it out. "
